Ingredients:
- 200g ground pork
- 150g fresh crabmeat
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 package of dumpling wrappers
- 1/2 cup water for sealing dumplings
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce for dipping
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar for dipping
Instructions:
Ground pork, crabmeat, green onions, cilantro, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and white pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
To make the filling, mix it well
Put a scoop of the filling in the middle of a dumpling wrapper
Spray water along the edges of the wrapper and fold it in half to make a half-moon shape
To seal the dumpling, pinch the edges together
Do this again with the rest of the wrappers and filling
Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot
When the broth starts to boil, carefully add the dumplings
Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until they float to the top and the filling is fully cooked
Put some of the chicken broth in a bowl and serve the crab and pork soup dumplings hot
Add rice vinegar and soy sauce to a small bowl and mix them together
Put the dumplings in the sauce and eat them
