Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz egg noodles
Instructions:
In the slow cooker's bottom, put chicken breasts
Cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl
Mix well
Add the mix to the slow cooker with the chicken
Turn the heat to low and cover
Cook for 6 to 7 hours or 3 to 4 hours on high, until the chicken is soft and cooked all the way through
About 30 minutes before you serve, use two forks to shred the chicken and put it back in the slow cooker
Add the egg noodles and stir them in
Cook on low for another 30 minutes, or until the noodles are soft
If you need to, change the seasoning
Enjoy while hot!
