Incredible Burger



This amazing burger recipe will give you the best burger experience ever. A delicious treat is made with juicy beef patties, melted cheddar cheese, and a special sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Red onion rings

Instructions:

Add chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper to a bowl with ground beef

Set your grill to medium-high heat and make 4 patties out of the mixture

The patties should be grilled for four to five minutes on each side, or until they are done the way you like them

Put ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl and mix them together to make a unique sauce

Cover the grill and add a slice of cheddar cheese to each patty in the last minute of cooking

This will melt the cheese

On the grill, toast the burger buns until they're just barely browned

Put some of the special sauce on the bottom half of each bun

Put a lettuce leaf on top of the sauce, then a burger patty with cheese that has melted on top of that

On top of the patty, put tomato slices, pickles, and red onion rings

Put the other half of the bun on top, and then serve your delicious burger

Easy Cheesy Chicken Fajita Sliders



In the middle of the week, Chicken Fajita Sliders are a great way to eat something tasty and spicy. You can feed a lot of people with these sliders, or make them quickly for dinner with your family.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeos optional
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat

Slice the chicken, onion, and bell pepper and add them

The chicken and vegetables should have fajita seasoning on them

About 5 to 7 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the vegetables are soft

Slipper buns should be cut in half and the bottom halves should be put in a baking dish

On the bottom halves of the buns, spread mayonnaise

Add the cooked chicken and vegetable mix on top

Add cheddar cheese shreds to the chicken and vegetables

If you want, you can add sliced jalapeos

Put Sriracha sauce on top of the cheese

Put the top halves of the slider buns on top

Put the sliders in an oven that has already been heated for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sliders are warm all the way through

Enjoy while hot!

Backyard Pork Belly Burnt Ends



Backyard Pork Belly Burnt Ends are the epitome of barbecue heaven. With a sweet and savory glaze, these bite-sized delights are perfect for your outdoor grilling adventures.

Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs pork belly
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup barbecue rub
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup apple juice

Instructions:

Get your smoker ready by heating it up to 275F 135C

Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and remove any extra fat

Use barbecue rub and yellow mustard to cover the pork belly cubes, making sure that each piece is well-seasoned

Put the pork belly cubes that have been seasoned on the smoker rack

Smoke them for two and a half to three hours, or until they get a nice bark

Warm up a saucepan over medium-low heat and add the brown sugar, honey, barbecue sauce, butter, and apple juice

Slowly cook it until a glaze forms

Place the cubes of smoked pork belly on a foil pan and cover them with the glaze that you just made

Put the foil pan back on the smoker and cook for another hour to an hour and a half, or until the cubes are soft and caramelized

After taking them out of the smoker, let them rest for a few minutes, and then enjoy these Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Strawberry Cardamom Milk

  • 8 oz fideo noodles

  • 5 oz diced tomatoes

  • 1 avocado, diced for garnish
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Instructions:

Put olive oil in a big pot and heat it over medium-low heat

Put in the minced garlic and chopped onion

Cook until the onions are soft

Add the fideo noodles and stir them around a lot while cooking until they are lightly toasted

To make it simmer, add the diced tomatoes and chicken broth and mix them in

Add pepper and salt to taste

Simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the noodles are soft

Add diced avocado and chopped cilantro on top and serve hot

Vegan Sloppy Joes



This vegan take on the classic sloppy joes is hearty, tasty, and great for a quick and filling meal. Textured vegetable protein is high in protein, and the tomato sauce is both savory and sweet. It will be a hit with both vegans and non-vegans.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup textured vegetable protein TVP
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 whole grain burger buns

Instructions:

In a bowl, rehydrate TVP with vegetable broth

Let it sit for about 10 minutes or until softened

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add diced onion, minced garlic, and diced bell pepper

Saut until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes

Add rehydrated TVP, tomato sauce, tomato paste, maple syrup, soy sauce, smoked paprika, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper to the skillet

Stir well to combine

Simmer the mixture for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and flavors meld

Toast the burger buns lightly

Spoon the vegan sloppy joe mixture onto the bottom halves of the toasted buns

Top with the other halves of the buns

Serve hot and enjoy!

Creole Smash Burger



This smash burger is full of bold flavors from the Creole seasoning. This burger is great for any event because it has crispy edges, gooey cheese, and tasty toppings.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Creole seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and pickles for garnish
  • Mayonnaise and mustard for sauce
  • Vegetable oil for cooking

Instructions:

Ground beef, diced onions, diced bell peppers, minced garlic, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a bowl

Combine well

Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty
