Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced jalapeos optional
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 175F 350C
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-high heat
Slice the chicken, onion, and bell pepper and add them
The chicken and vegetables should have fajita seasoning on them
About 5 to 7 minutes, or until the chicken is no longer pink and the vegetables are soft
Slipper buns should be cut in half and the bottom halves should be put in a baking dish
On the bottom halves of the buns, spread mayonnaise
Add the cooked chicken and vegetable mix on top
Add cheddar cheese shreds to the chicken and vegetables
If you want, you can add sliced jalapeos
Put Sriracha sauce on top of the cheese
Put the top halves of the slider buns on top
Put the sliders in an oven that has already been heated for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the sliders are warm all the way through
Enjoy while hot!
