Creamy Garlic Parmesan Zoodles



Creamy Garlic Parmesan Zoodles are a delicious keto-friendly dish that replaces traditional pasta with spiralized zucchini noodles. The creamy sauce infused with garlic and Parmesan cheese creates a satisfying and flavorful meal that's both fast and healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium zucchinis, spiralized into zoodles
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute

Add zoodles to the skillet and saut for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened

Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese

Stir well to combine

Let the sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired
