Steakhouse Potato, Sausage, and Goat Cheese Skillet



This Steakhouse Potato, Sausage, and Goat Cheese Skillet is a hearty and tasty meal that will fill you up. Savory sausage, soft potatoes, and creamy goat cheese all work well together to make a delicious dish. Ingredients:

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 lb sausage, sliced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 oz goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat

Add the sausage slices and cook until browned

Add the diced onion, minced garlic, and halved baby potatoes to the skillet

Cook until potatoes are golden and onions are translucent, stirring occasionally

Stir in the diced bell pepper and halved cherry tomatoes

Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until vegetables are tender

Season with salt and pepper to taste

Sprinkle crumbled goat cheese over the skillet and let it melt slightly

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
